I think Thomas was referring to the "things" propped against the wall in the right foreground - looks like someones legs chopped off and left there as a monument to some poor soul without a leg to stand on.

What you see there Thomas, is evidence of a queer American Florida Cracker tack care technique. Due to all the moisture and mildew and rodents, folks round here like to "cool off" their $1000 saddles on the wash rack floor. Makes em last longer - or something like that.

Well I heard that Bruce doesn't need anesthesia for surgery-they show him a needle and he's passed out for hours! < that is not a good rendition of a sleeping smiley.

Yea, lucky me, the current farrier disappeared. So her 5-6 week trims went 9 weeks before I decided he was not around! Maybe they're his! Since he left my horse horrible.

But she's been trimmed. I WILL be talking to this current guy about those medial high heels he leaves. And bring the hind toes back more-or rocker them??? And trim the bars. And clean up the frog.........sheesh, why on earth should I have to tell someone that????????

On top of that, I sold my mule, Buttercup, to a young girl and her mother. They have not been seen for 3 months now, and behind in their board 3 months. My sales contract had said abandonment or poor care would allow me to take her back. And the BO can take her for non payment.

So I'll get her back. She's too good to just let go. And now I have 2 offers for having her trained to harness and buggy. And one of the teens has been riding her a few times a week for fun.
