USA citizens, don't forget to VOTE today. This reminder is not posted to start a political conversation, but if it will get you to go vote, and you feel the need go for it but keep it polite. in advance THANKS for taking the time Ray
I did one of those political quizzes that show who you should vote, for based on your views. It came up Johnson for me. If I was an American, I'd have the same dilemma.
The precinct where I live and vote is not a large one and generally speaking, voter turn-out is disappointingly light. Not so today. I voted earlier this morning and the wait was 30 minutes. There are 12 voting stations available at the location where I voted. I cast the 451st ballot and the line had grown longer. Regardless of who wins, heavy voter turn-out pleases me.
The whole of Ireland was pro Obama, dunno are we too good at choosing politicians of late though and the whole of Saudi was.................
Gary, bet you a stout that today, the day after ,that you got up went to work , great country taint it! things will improve. sides if you moved to Ireland Smitty might vote that you can only shoe that trotting pony, course youd probably put sliders on it! A guy named Tommy Jefferson, is quoted, "Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves are its only safe depositories." To me, that s our vote and participation! Thanks to all for having participated. See ya in alot of tomorrows Ray
I was surprised to wake up this morning; why had the world not ended? how could have Fox news been so wrong?
