    Draftshoer here is a horse i was asked to shoe the owner wanted the foot to look bigger
    she wanted a toe clip no pads or anything else
    anot so nice foot to work with

    Treat What/ Contracted heels? in what a saddle horse, draft and and or others? A bit of specificity is needed.....

    made a pair of concave bar shoes fitted them the best i could
    giving the horse as much with as possible

    Lovely work as always John did the foot widen out aftewards? Why did ya go with a toe clip was it your choice or to suit the owners wishes?

    Yes contracted heels. The horse is a Morgan mare used for dressage

    Typical for the Morgan's around my area. If it ain't broke don't try and fix it.

    The best I can do is to put a shoe where the foot ought to be. Hang a bunch of iron around and behind the heels with the toe rolled and back a bit. Sometimes the heels will follow the shoe and spread out some..
