Well to be a friend i offered to go have a pint with Smitty, his turn to buy, and he posted that he d be drinking alone................ so I went out back and cut down and put up our Christmas Tree, funny thing bout those trees ,i cut it three times and it is still too short,

two of the grandchildren are coming over so they ll help put the lights and decorations on and probably tell me that it s too short.

I ll have a stout, out of a can...............did i tell you that Smitty didn t offer to buy me a pint, he d rather drink alone he said.

In case I don t get back to it in time ,I hope folks have a Merry Christmas, if that s what they celebrate, or whatever holiday you prefer, choose or is within your custom.

    Merry/Happy folks and Thanks

Hey Ray, I'll buy everyone a round of nice bottles of Tea wine or White Zin, or nice Red wine:love::love:

You guys have to try out the Tea Wine of Pennsylvania!! It's the best and very different. I gave Chris a bottle to take home for the Holidays.

If I ever get to Europe:whistle:...I must bring over some Tea Wine from America to everyone there(y)...Smitty....Chris.....and everyone else

    Love Linda:love:

    Hey One and Only,

i never gave the 3000 miles a thought, it was the one or 2 left hand turns that concerned me, and you invited me out for beer and wings, i didn t hear Stout! and another thing you posted your bar shoes and Smitty s, i m not as stylish as yourself nor as handy as John and vice versa.

Call me when they put in the Guinness tap at the wing place.

    Merry Christmas Michael

    Regards

Maybe we should set up a beer (stout for all you beer snobs:p) and wing night at the IHCS. Good place to start, who's going? There's a half dozen of us at least from Maine going, including I think Dave Whittaker. I know we'll see Ray there.

    Regards

Edit to add: Should this be in a new thread?

    Rick,

i don t think that this should require a new thread, you rounded up the basics at least by mentioning the Stout! Perhaps we could get together at the Summit, then i could maybe refine that gutter mouth of yours to where you would appreciate a good pint vs some of that stuff you folks call beer. If Smitty would come he could buy a round, if he can t make it ,perhaps he d send over his pocket book and we could empty if for him, help lighten up his travels. Course we could probably provide the wings for him and or his pocketbook.

If it happens i d hope that all the shoes there would be considered bar shoes, no contests involved.

Do you think that if I added a Guinness tap to my table ,would it increase traffic?

Merry Christmas Rick, and please pass it along to any of the others up the in the upper 1.

    Regards

Lets set up, as the summit gets nearer. We'll just need to decide on a time and place.
