I had much time thinking how to give that wide bar and I don't get understand it. And today, you show me it with one pic only!

John, in Ireland you don't know the history of the Cristobal Colon's hard egg??

“Among the festivities organised in Columbus’s honour by the court grandees on his return after his first voyage, there was a banquet offered by Cardinal Pedro González de Mendoza. The Admiral was the guest of honour and during the course of the meal one of the grandees said that if Columbus had not discovered the New World, there would have been many other talented men ready and able to do the very same thing. Then Columbus picked up an egg and asked if any of those present was capable of making it stand on end unsuported. No one was able to do it, but Columbus, by hitting the ends of the egg and flattening them, managed to make it stand on the table without falling over”.

You gotta hockey stick those heels so they're laying on top of each other. Just like a straightbar except the hockey sticks are the whole width of the heel.

I think Eric's might actually nail up Smitty? I wondered why the effort when there are actually problems that a differant sort of shoe would work? I never have been into pattern shoeing? If I build a shoe , it is for a particular horse ...just sayin...

Smitty, I have some pics on fb and I wonder what you would think of them. The mare mule they are made for had a huge swelling on its sidebone two years ago. It looked like half a golf ball above the coronary. After a year of this shoe, the mule is still rode for many miles and actually made a trip to ride the mountains of Colorado..came back without any issues..the vet wanted to do surgery for $3000 two years ago and said without it that he wouldn't be able to ride her again..well two years and no surgery and she is goin and goin...that is why I do what I do..:)

Gary the 2 shoes that were made are belt buckek size
not intended to go on feet.
regarding the effort how long would you think it takes
to make a pair for feet.
and if your making these your making them for a particular horse (foot)

these shoes work very well i'm told by a friend of mine
who i consider to be one of the best thats around
