Good process, however I would say your inside heel looked better before you took it to the grinder. I wish I could organise work so I could make all the shoes.
Agreed Marc, but I needed to get it off the frog. I cut to much. When using handmade I would say I make 90% at the horse
On an avearage set how long is it taking you start to finish, thats what has always put me off making shoes at the horse
I use a whisper daddy in the truck. Turned up so I never have to wait for hot steel. Should be able to make 4 concave or plain stamped shoes in 30 min if your set up right. Used to be a class at convention that was 4 fullered shoes clipped up in 45 min.
