Help with aluminium welding

Meh.

Today I add more flux and material. The welding is better. Besides,I made a heartbar shoe,but the welding can be make better.

Well, I keep working it. The welding issue is not problem until. Oh, if I'd be 20 years old!!

Gabino you need to set your fuller and stamp up
your stamp seems to be wider than your fuller

Yes,John..The fuller is Mustad,but the stamp is very fat.Like the aluminum stock is more thick than the steel, the stamp dont work well.
Any trick for a good fullering in aluminum?

for best results fuller when itsat its coolist even cold

Use a pritchel for your stamp then get what ever size nain you want to fit
and cut it about 1/2" from shank.
pritchel the nail hole out this will look small dont worry
get your nail that you cut and tap the nail into the pritcheled hole
till it goes down nice and you have your perfect fit
