A quick job I did yesterday whilst dad was away for the day, brood mare that's come back into work, very overgrown feet, as you can see the nails still in the feet where it had been turned out with the shoes still on to loose, also removed a nice chunk from the medial heel quarter.
Doing good Alex. Do you dress the wall down prior to fitting or when you're clinching? Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
I say it's from being out in the field for 4-5 months not seeing a farrier and web history from being a brood mare. Josh I sometimes forward dress before I trim down, means I can restore symmetry easier and I find less to come off the bottom also. Makes it easier to fit to and nail and finish also
Hell I'd put in for early retirement with stipulation of getting a percentage. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
Those are some good percentages. Might be a tough sell to your soon though Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
Dont let your dad know you put side clips on, he hates them!!! Personally I love the job you did there, well done!
Nice work Alex. I'm just curious though, how come you nailed on clenched up and finished on one foot and not the other?
