    Gambino,

from that info I guessing it is your rate of consumption of gas/tank volume that is causing your problem, I d run it by the manufacturer of your forge, and or turn down your pressure at he regulator.

    good luck

No regulator, the exit of the gaz is free. I'm thinking a theory. The tube of the gaz stars into the van. He goes bottom the van until the back of the van. There,he goes up into the van. Then,he goes to the forge. He gets a syphon. Perhaps that syphon is full of water or dirty and it don't allow the gaz run away. I need to purge it.

I think that if you put a regulator and set to a pressure that works for what you are doing on you may find that your problems as described so far might be over, and you may find that you save a few euro per week on lp.

    Hola Gabino,
Get a set of cutting torch tip cleaners and clean the orifices at the forge. I have a 5/8 x 6 x 10" steel plate I use to heat my anvil, block the wind at the forge side window, warm my coffee cup, and heat my wash up water. When my tank is almost empty or too cold, I'll place the (not too) hot plate against the bottle. Like a charm it works.

You got the same type as I got here in Denmark. When I got a problem, I stick my hair dryer under the edge of the bottle and let the warm air heat the liquid back into a gas. Ray, here the regulator is incorperated into the top you set on the bottle. You can screw it up or down to regulate the pressure, just no guage to show you what the pressure is. You can see the regulator on the top of my bottle.

    Mikel,

thanks for that, please note that I have responded pointing out that the response it is based on the info that I have, as with all problems that attempt to be fixed/solved from a distance, they totally rely on information, and the conversations sometimes reveal the needed info.

Gambino should have some feedback to us soon , his problem now becomes a history , encyclopedia and how to, to all readers when and if they have forge problems.

    Great stuff this conversing,

    Thanks

    Ray

I made that today, but all keeps in the same way. Really,I believe the problem is the forge. It never work well. The forge is Blacksmith, then it says pprrtppttppprrr with italian brogue.
First, the lighter (two lighters in four years). Then the security system..now the burners..(n) I believe I will get back my old Whisper Momma..He never leaved me.

Yes..it was a button of security. When you start the fire you must keep pressed untill the forge get many temperature. Then, you can stop pressed and ik keep the fire. If the temperature of the forge is cold, it don't keep the fire. That prevents the loose of the gas accidentally.

    Gabino,
Is it a Forgemaster Blacksmith model? The brass orifices can get dirty. take them off and clean them with cutting torch tip cleaners. While they are off, blow out the hoses. Also clean out the burner tubes. That should tune it up.
