    Being worn out makes a difference to what you do, what you expect, what the horse looks like at the end of the cycle, how long that cycle should be. If you add ancillary features or sculpture with the rasp. But it doesnt seem to be about the horse in this thread any more. Should I move it to off topic?

    Perhaps we need a new category david for this kind of thread. I suggest it be titled. "Farrier Philosophic Dialogues, Debates and Diatribes."
