WOW....You sound pretty hard to beat, Josh.

I think I will bow out now, rather than be disgraced by your brilliant awesomeness.

Patty could you post some photos of your everyday/average horse that you work on? Just grab a couple before after photos of one from tommorow or monday and post them up here that would be awsome:)

Michael i would not judge anybody on one ot two pics or foot jobs that i have seen.
if some one said to me what do you think of that farrier
i would say i havent seen enough to say he/she was good or bad.
people post on here for what ever reason .
i take it that it is there ever day work
but when you see post after post by someone you kind of get an idea
    of what there about.
we can all polish up a job but there has to certain things in that job
for it to be good solid work

Good deal Smitty. I really really want to finish your video (and i will) soon but since the sun has come out here on the coast, I have been slammed. Barely have time to keep building shoes. But working the kegs in the fire is helping.

Oh Btw this last shoe. I never dropped
It once the entire time. I was so happy about that when I was done I flung it across The parking lot. Haha

I agree Smitty, just wanting to see what is average for Patty. I would like to see what is average for everybody really.
I would love to see a thread started, Called every horse today. And have a photo of every set of feet they worked on that day. I would call that there average:)

You might be correct but I was thinkin that he didn't have a good handle on the steel as he is forgeing it? Improper size tongs will make you drop what you are working on...:) Most young Farriers only have one size tong when they start out? Just sayin.:)

its funny with tongs you tend to stick with the same tongs you like
even if the dont fit 100%
