With the preponderance of bling in equestrian gear these days, I've often wondered how long it will be before someone actually does inlay some gemstones on their horseshoes as well. I jokingly suggested it once to a group of missus' mates (dressagey bunch), it was enthusiastically endorsed,
Anthony as a very Wise man said long ago, " It has all been done before!" as to the bling you speak of , we used to glitter up hoofs when I was with Ringling Bros Barnum and Bailey Circus...spot lights hit them and the sparkle goes all over the arenas we played...
I let the brass run down the toe clips from the borium on a carriage horse I used to do. Walking around in the grass would shine 'em up pretty.
don't know were this thread is going but if your looking for nice clips why don't you try forging some it aint that hard
Average. . .hoof shape matches coronary band, loose flaps off frog, edges soft and shiny clips fit, nailed evenly, clinches tidy and uniform Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
