He/she would have to be cheap for the locals to afford it. Houlton and Presque Isle aren't exactly "money mecca's of the world" My older brothers family lives in that area and my nieces kids and grand kids live there. Ralph Stolze was the town building inspector for a number of years and also did plumbing. Has a camp out in the woods. Sheila and Roy Moro's kids still live in the family home.
