cute things clients say

I'll think up more and better as they come to mind, but today a lady told me, in a way she meant to show how much she was trying to help me. "I cleaned out her feet for you, a few days ago ". Can a horse owner show they care any more than that?

no. it's when they say, "I meant to clean her feet out before you came."

The cutest thing I hear clients say is "here's the check".

I love when they say would you like your tea now or later

I love it when you get there and they say I cleaned her all up for you , and they have a fresh coat of hoof oil all over their feet.

Gary, I had a new client that had her horse standing with water still streaming off it from the idea that "it really calms him down when he gets a bath". She had a few other suggestions and instructions that caused me to pack up and leave after ten minutes. I told her "We don't work for those who know more than us".

That's a good policy Bill. I think I'll stay home today.

I heard a new one a while ago:
Nice Lady My age: Hello, this is my daughters horse you are working on. She couldn't be herre today so I'm herre to help out and to let the horse out after you're finished.
Me: Ok, no. problem
Lady (after a while) Well...... The thing is.... I'm afraid of horses. You think you could do it??...

It surprises me how many times I here the mother say she is scared of horses. When that happens I usually handle the horse myself. I feel safer that way.

Client called me this morning to cancel said horses were to muddy funny thing is it was 14 deg. This morning felt like -4 with the windchill not sure where she seen mud
