Shoelng in Missouri

    A guy around here doesn't mark up his material much because he thinks his clients can't or won't afford things like studs, pads, etc. He charges 1.25 each for studs when that's pretty close to what it costs him. Stuff like Vettec goes for whatever it costs him. I argue that if they had to pay for parts at the garage where they get their car repaired; those parts are marked up to 500%. What's wrong with a farrier marking up his material?

    If your work is supierior to his what he charges shouldent matter sure you will lose some but do you want clients whos only concern with the soundness of there horse is how much it costs.

    Well books closed most every thing sold will hall the rest to sale barn , papers on live stock has ben a pain but i think were good . Found out a family member was making moves to steal my water rights the same day the live stock probloms arose !! Bet if you read the contest thread you can guess what day that was .God i have no pashence with a theaf or lyer ,probobly why i prefer the compiny of dogs and horses. Thank god for my wife and kids the rest has gone pritty smooth .Servicing trucks and trailers today first load as soon as thats done, have my fingers crossed . will be posting from my phone soon as the nets off any day now.     Rolla, I spent some time that way, It was Fort Lost in the Woods. Nice place to be in the middle of the summer. Glad it's you and not me.

    Four horses a milk cow ,10,000 bees, 12 laying hens ,4 bantems .now I know how Noa felt with the ark loaded up:! Ol mic monty had a truck :)

    My beautiful wife has a verry scientific method witch involves figuring how many in a square inch and then multiplieing that by how many square inchs in the group. I just count the welts after l piss them off ,match.more accurate I think ;)
