Vettec clinic

    The Delmarva Farrier Assoc is hosting a Vettec clinic with Frank Dugan Oct 24, 2015. The clinic will be held at Abner Hershberger's Shop in Camden De. A $50.00 charge will cover coffee and doughnuts in the morning, lunch and a leg to practice on. Contact Keith Fearins at 443- 786-8200

    David, have a great clinic. Please say hello to Abner for me. Don't know if he will remember me, but Tom Bloomer arranged for me to spend a day with him and it was a great time at a great place with a fantastic farrier.

    Mike, Abner has your Danish hind shoe up on the display board with all the shoes of other famous farriers who have been to his forge.

    I sure do miss the Dalmarva gang. Glad they are carrying on the tradition.

    Well I'm updating our digital marketing strategy, rolling out a new web site, a new lead management system, new inventory control system, and reimaging 45 PCs with fresh windows installations/upgrades. Basically I've been overhauling the entire dealership computing infrastructure.

    Sounds like you're keeping busy. Do you enjoy it as much as shoeing horses?

    It presents a different set of challenges, but the same satisfaction when you solve problems. I seem to get along with people a lot better than I did years ago when I worked in IT. Seems that learning horsemanship helped my people skills. :D
