Moderators will add tags (prefixes) to thread titles, move threads to the correct forum, merge duplicate posts if need be. They will also keep things under control in the horse owners section. They can also ban people and get rid of spammers. I don't expect many spammers, I have quite a few things in place to prevent them and more on the way. I don't expect we'll have to ban many people either, there are things in place for that too. Without moderators I would have to jack security up on this site and the user experience would go down.
