I might remind people that if you find a particular member irritating there is an ignore feature. Click on there name and you will see a box and there is an ignore button. You can see they have posted but cant read the content. Unless someone quotes them.
Its part of the virtual world that peoples internet persona can get on your nerves, could be that they are top human beings but come across badly, and just challenging them on every occasion is wearing.
So if I annoy anyone please put me on your ignore list. :D

Linda I had an interesting call last night. There were a group of kids aged seven to ten and they are all very bright and love it when the farrier visits. they ask loads of questions and I like to answer with questions, they get so excited and carried away, that there replys arnt always thought out before they shout out. When they slow down and think every body learns.

How about a "grow up and consider the thought process, you just might learn something even though your precious little feelings got a bit bruised" button that a person could push just before the "ignore" button?
Some of the most informative discussions have been between two or more combatants presenting arguments and challenges to one another. Less experienced Farriers being criticized have taken challenges to hart and improved and succeeded.
I've always noticed that the most easily offended tend to complain with the most vitriol.
David, please don't edit or make any negative remarks about this post as it just may shatter my sensitive emotional state, sending me into the depths of despair.

From all the bashing I've received on here, I've had to take up Kung Fu and Russian to regain my self confidence. :p

As well as some Yoga, and hopefully soon upper body strength building exercises. So terrible to have to resort to such measures.

I would ignore Linda but I'd worry I'd miss out on one of the old timers trade secrets.

So far so good. I can only do the lower body stuff for now, but I can see a difference already. I've even lost a couple of pounds.

And I've always wanted to learn a second language. So now I'm finally devoting a little time to that.
