    Michael,

not to interfere with your apple enterprise ie the apple stand, may i suggest some more thoughts?

if you open your apple stand, consider diversification ,call it a fruit stand, better yet fruits and vegetables, and or realize that some days you may have to look at unsold inventory, consider apple cider, make it a PREMIUM APPLE CIDER and you can get more for the end product even though it might be pressed from apples that you might have had to throw away, if you choost to let the cider sit and harden , ie ferment, you may have another product that if handled correctly will store indefinitely and sell at a super premium. Be aware though, if the fermented cider is not properly cared for, you will still have vinegar ,

point is, i think you made an excellent point in the thread!!

    Regards

    Ray

Great inspiration Ray. Here in California though, because of abundant availability, I'd go with Fruits and Nuts.

I could write a book, Chris.
Last week a client's horse went into toxic shock and the Vet spent three hours treating it and got it through. The report I got from the owner was that it was "The healing power of Love" that saved the horse.

I have spent some time in California and can confirm that I have met some highly unusual people there.

No matter, Fruit and nut, apples and oranges,

I read into Michael Allens fine post that in this and other business one must at times go with the flo. and at other times set the standard no matter the situation, and basically quit bitchin bout all the perceived obstacles.

and that s for California, GB, Antarctica or Bum F pick a place.............. and I think/hope that Michael will correct me if i m totally out of orbit!

Good ole California....Home of the lucrative horsemen...pockets full of greenstamps...plenty of horses for farriers to work...it just doesnt match the cost for me to live there.....lov3 to travel through northern and southern Cal and hit the livestock auction barns....lots of good people.......and horses.

Not sure about extinct, but I always thought "extra" was redundant when applied to the word "virgin."
