he is being sarcastic ...... Jaye has been asked to help a horse that a fellow farrier made a mistake on.
Eric, Why do you think most of the recent photos you've posted, have so many compression rings toward the back of the foot? Or what do you call them/attribute them to?
I'll guarantee you that a person's name and any earned credentials associated with that person, mean something at least to that person. And odds are, they carry meaning and 'weight' beyond that individual. That you imply or outright state otherwise, demeans not that person, but you. ymmv.
I'm sure they do and I didn't mean insult. It's just that I see work on my imported horses that doesn't correspond with credentials from other countries. YMMV. That's why I said it (letters, etc) doesn't matter. At the end of the day, we are all nailing up.
Have to agree with Rick here. I see plenty of crap work by uncredentialed farriers and i don't go around bagging on them for not taking the route I have. . .however it's painfully obvious they haven't chosen any route for education. . .and continued education is the key. Too many people put way too much stock as to what is top notch shoeing solely on the level of horses a guy shoes and I can tell you that ifs horse shit. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
I read it correctly the first time Patty. Maybe you should re-read my post. . .the part about continued education. And like smitty said, we all make mistakes Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
Seems to me that you think someone is.... "bagging" someone else. Not the case. Jaye was offering up a case to potentially learn from. I hope you'll be at the FAEP symposium this year furthering your education and where I will be able to shake your hand in person.
