Rocker Shoes

    If you had to make a pair of rocker shoes how would you go about it? I have to make a couple pair and it's more work than I like to put into a shoe so I'm looking for ideas on the easiest way to make one.

    If you welded/attached a bar/block(s) at your high points, wouldn't you will have the same effect?

    You can just bend the rocker where you want it on a flat shoe, then fill the gap with plastic inserts or glues to be flat on the hoof side.
