I'm always making stuff smitty. I post the crap stuff here but keep the really crap stuff to myself. .
Concave is not that expensive here, but I mainly used that because it was a 12 inch off cut of inch by half and since I could never see myself making a twelve inch shoe from that section, I thought I might as well make use of it as a stamp handle.
The shoeing Irish farrier Paul Duddy does isn't all that much different than what American farriers do, but they don't get to work in 400-years-old castles. Very good..

It feels good to me Smitty. I had some 3/4 3/8 and 7/8 3/8 I could have used, but they both felt a little small in my hand. I usually use a Blurton stamp, which has a cast handle that is quite bulky and heavy, so I guess the inch by half is the closest to that.
To be honest, there's so little posting going on these days that I'm just happy to read peoples' posts - on topic or otherwise!
