    i am looking to come over to Texas , who sould I contact to help me out regarding the farrier world ?

    You can try the Texas Professional Farrier Association. It's a good organization with contacts all over the state.

    Jim Poor and Todd Walker are in the area. I think Austin Edens might be in the area as well.

    Beware Texas is a big place. Might be bigger then England.... you can drive for two days just to get across it
