After your feed costs, property tax prorated over the amount of land used, time invested per day, facilities maintenance and upkeep, veterinary bills, nutrient management costs, capital improvement and depreciation, licenses and permits, liability insurance . . . pet sitter fees . . .

Well this is just great. Now we have some Limey, Socialist Government controlled Farrier, who's probably going to use some kind of Quensberry Rules crap to moderate us after he has his tea. Sorry David, just a bit of practice to get me ready. Actually, I'm appreciative of your willingness to help.
Hey Karen, We had hens that laid $20 eggs. When I figured the cost of the coop, fencing, feeders, waters, and feed, that about what it came to.
We ve made (Farriers Forum)it for 1 year, thanks to Andre, David and to you folk who have taken part in the conversations, I m not into cake so I suggest that David buy everyone a beer and that we make that(David buying the beer) a tradition, If folks feel that more practice (of David buying the beer) is needed then we could practice Monday nights for the next year. I think membership was around 70 at that time 1 year ago, included spammers and some of us hackers, it is now around 350, not sure how many spammers and still a few of us hackers! Regards and thanks again, Ray
