It was a great time. I think 58 guys competed. All of the lectures I made it to got me thinking. And had a great time getting to hang out and talk with everyone.
They doubled the number of people from last year. I actually liked the location. So many places to eat and get together without having to leave the host hotel. Had a couple of good night's sitting at the black jack tables with only horseshoers. They kept having to remind us to play. But when we did the whole table would play by committee. We all had a good time and now I'm trying to catch up on my sleep.
Michael, Good to hear that it was a good venue, how did you do in your competition? I d ask about my cut of the winnings at the tables but I d probably have to send a check! so i ll pass. Ray
Im not sure how I did yet. I didn't get to see the sheet. I didn't make the 20 that get into the shoeing. But I was happy with my shoes with the qualifier.
