broken fingers

    I know im nt the only one here whos had a broken finger or two & still had a few plates to tack on! Damned jumpy mare yakned away as I was putting her in the cross ties and twisted one of my fingers up in the snap hook yesterday.Finished the rest of the day with a bit of pain (lucky it was the stop before the last one) & then this morning...wow!..purple all around and throbbing!
    Worst thing was,its my middle finger on my tong hand, so I couldnt even give her the finger after she did it!lol!

    I got done baleing hay yesterday and stepped down off the tractor and twisted my ankle. Its nice and swollen this morning.
