Has anyone here had a chance to use any of the new stock(not made in CT. USA ) Capewell nails? I had a couple calls last week about the Reg. Head 8 s asking if I knew if they were now a swedged nail, like a Mustad, vs rolled as Capewell always was . I have not seen them,I plan to look at them at the Summit , called DMHC and left a message last Friday but have not heard back, A call to dealer had him look and he said that they looked different. If they're gonna screw with my Capewell SB 5's, them's fighting words..... I must have driven a half million of them............. Still trying to get out of Portland ..now they say 5:26 PM........ put us in Cincy about 11:00............. Dave
One of the dealers that I called last week abot the REG head 8, told me that when he asked if they were forged a Delta Mustard rep confirmed that they were swedged. not rolled... no further info. Ray
