So I have little to no experience fitting pads properly. I guess my biggest question is nailing blind. Do you have to fit the shoe slightly larger to compensate for the pad thickness? Any hints and tips etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Wasn't sure of how to describe it. Starting nail through the nail hole and through the pad as you cant see the white line.
Grant, Depending on the package, that defined as the thickness of the pads, nail holes must be adjusted, the thicker your package the wider your shoe will be, but the white line stays the same i.e nail holes must move inward on the shoe sometimes so far as to require “ frog eyes” in the punching or double nailing.
