Had a great day today. Attended a clinic with a team from Michel Vaillant horseshoe. Their vet had some great power point presentations on case studies on different problems: DDFT problems, fetlock problems, Suspensory Ligament problems, founder. Of course they presented their shoes and how they applied to each of the problems. After wards we went to the shop where anvils and forges were set up so we could pound around on a few. Was well attended by both farriers and vets. If you ever get a chance to hear their presentation - do it. Well worth it.
That I couldn't tell you, never tried their studs. In fact I've never tried their shoes, but the information put out by the vet giving the presentations was good. I can also see how their shoe design would assist the horse.
