Is long toe low heel locked?

Tom, I wanted to ask a followup on that thread but the reply buttons are gone from it. Did the thread get locked?

When I saw this - I thought to myself, " mmmmm... damn they are strict overhere!" Everybody knows kids can't understand NO.
