I'm a genuine newbie. This seems a strange topic/ thread for admin to have started. Sort of invites comments about admin/ moderation which never seems a good thing. My humble opinion.
I suppose it depends on who initiates the "initiation". By the way, you were correct in informing the anonymous poster of our ability to muttle forward.

I think it would be nice to remove them too. Not just that they violate anything. They reek of personal crap and not nice horse feet.
