Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other RSIs

    When I think back, I had no idea of rules of thumb, so that's bascally how I worked out my anvil height. :)

    The only cock up with that, is using pritchel style punches, upsetting and whatnot... I find my anvil heaight uncomfortably high for that

    yes. and it is also what they call a gangoloid [sp?] cyst. I have one on my left wrist; and it hurts if I do any tumbling, ect. should be removed; but surgery could make yours and mine unable to do shoe. as the dr.'s put it to me.
    so no surgery for me.....unless it becomes a serious problem hopefully in my 80"s:eek: when I am not shoeing anymore.:cry:

    I just started a new thread "Anvil Height" to further discuss this. There are some good thoughts here, and I think it's an important subject.
