That being the case, how did the missing piece of lateral wall from the first photo re-appear in the second(middle) photo
Michael I fixed my Knife pocket by driving a nail through the leather with the head on the outside. Then cut off the point on the inside and bend it through 90 degrees. Pop the head on the anvil and tap the shank with a nailing hammer to tighten it up.

that's very nice way of saying I didn't hit my stamp enough. Sometimes you don't notice those things until after you taking a picture look at it. I guess I'll just say I did that as a traction device!;-)
1st of all your stamp and pritche need to be set up for what ever nail your useing for me i hit the stamp twice and the pritchel once (in concave)
