Thomas I answer my phone. I turn up on time in my old ute . I shoe the clients horses in a resalable amount of time. I keep their horse sound & guarantee my work for six weeks regardless. I don't know how more Professional one has to be. Should I be driving a new ute & getting around in flashy embroidered shirts with catchy logos. Handing out pens & note pads with professional farrier service printed on them.
Whether its a Melbourne cup runner or some kids old pony club mount. They get the highest standards of farrier work performed that can be provided on their horse or pony . Even if I have to absorb some of the extra cost of providing that service to a particular horse for a client that can't afford to pay for the extra costs.

Try just being less derogatory to other professionals before you go wasting your money on baseball caps and pens!
