Horse that has daily episodes of falling down - safety

    Alicia,

    may I suggest that you inform the owner that you saw the animal have"what appeared to be some sort of a seizure thing" and tell her/him that you just don t feel comfortable working on a horse that might fall on you while shoeing or for any other procedure.

    Now your off the hook, and without any need to further explain. and you can tell other farriers,friend or foe what you observed and the why of your not working on the horse. Pretty simple..............and safe for all involved.

    Alicia, I am sorry to hear of your condition. Have you tried Methamphetamine? I've heard that will keep one awake.
