    I posted last months.

    November is about ....Thankgiving
    We should have a ...."Thankful Shoeing Contest"
    A....looks bad; omg, oh.. just bloody awful:eek: ; but we are thankful that it worked and the horse is sound.
    It can be whatever, front/ hind, keggers, handmade; ect.....just it was the best we could do for the horse at the time.
    judging on the difficulty of the shoeing and ailment; not how it looks on the horse.

    Thanks Linda!!!!! Glue would be good, I think it is next on the list. Modern materials on the feet. shoes stuck on, cracks repaired, acrylics, polymers etc. Points to be awarded for words and tips on the application!!! These competions are a good resource to readers so informative is good

    David will you get enough people in this category of work
    to show pics?
    there are a small group of people that post any way.
    maybe just keep it simple till people get confident in posting
    there work .

    I think it's a good idea for contest I didn't bother entering last month cause I only put on machiners so this will be a change from a forging comp.

    I hope we will get entries as its a fascinating part of the job. Chris would be a good choice.
