Then you should read it again. I took physics 25 years ago. Tuesday I'm meeting with a physics professor at the local college to review my calculations on a design project. That way when I publish the design I won't have made errors due to stuff I forgot.
I typically ignore anything Cherry Hill writes; she and her husband appear to pick subjects at random and write books on them. I'm mostly just pissed that I can't pull that off!
So you've tried this and it didn't work? What books did you write? I want autographed copies for my library.
The co-author Richard Klimesh is a farrier. It appears that he had some minor influence over the content. But perhaps this would be more appropriate for you. http://www.amazon.com/Chosen-Comprehensive-Guide-Whole-Health/dp/0974858501
The cover price is $5,000 per volume, with a six month wait per volume. Payment in advance. Cherry and Her husband have written books on everything from jumping and dressage to building log cabins. Literally.
Cool. I'm looking for a dumbed down book on ocillation mechanics and Helmholtz resonators. Have they covered those topics yet?
He stopped by for coffee and built you a cabin and a nuclear reactor between scones? I used to see Cherry at some horse shows when I was messing around in California.
Or they just write books about stuff they've messed around with and sell them to people who haven't. You could write a book about your feelings about people who write books . . . not sure if it would be drama or a thriller.
I've dabbled in a number of things. A lot of folks miss out on that crucial first step; you have to get off your ass and try! I've taught myself to do a lot of things simply by trying. The books Cherry writes are typically for those still on the sofa.
That's why I recommended Maximum Hoof Power. It covers anatomy for someone who will never go to a wet lab and carve out a coffin bone to see what's inside. It's an "about" book, not a text book or a how-to.
