SHOES FOR TOMORO

    Another new horse from today we hadent anything to fit the bugger so the boys made a pair from 1 1/4x 1/2 will do him tomoro IMG_0182.JPG

    Made 4/5 pair of these size shoes today
    had front needed hinds to make sets
    11" of 3/4 x IMG_0230.JPG 5 /16

    These were made today from 3/4x3/4 square ALUMINIUM
    the horse measures 5 3/4" long and 6 " wide
    graduated heels put 1 1/2" into each heel
    what did i cut from the 3/4x3/4 square bar

    vet wanted these along with pads and silicon
    for a horse with coffin joint issues

    Ah, that's where I lost the length.
    I was working on an inch of 3/4 x 3/4 hammering out to 2" of 3/4 x 3/8.

    No not cold, you have to play with a few to get the hang of it
    a few extra seconds could be the difference of your shoe in half
