    Two heat hind shoe from the master ,first heat , outside heel , toe bend , toe nails , outside branch , stampholes, punch and draw clip , pritchell holes

    here is a three heat bar shoe, with a quick dab with a stick welder. Very much cheaper than buying them I have them turned and welded before Alex has finished trimming the horse.

    hammer and straighten and shape. Heat 3)

    Then weld with a stick.

    I do now John. I used to use a brand of sand that I found a bit unreliable that was a few years back, but I use iron mountain now and it is much easier.

    Got a driving horse coming Friday needing a lateral suport shoe, got it made today. 25 x 10 barstock, 33cm long. Love my power hammer for making this type of shoe. Punched for E5 slim.

    I admit your power hammers are more portable than mine, but I don't have to feed and water mine when it's not in use. How long they been with you?

    Thank you, I appreciate that very much. those heels are the same as raceplate heels in steel.
