I wrapped my arm and then poured Absorbine on the outside. Seemed better except oddly in the middle was a bit sore rather than near the wrist and elbow. It's the tendon that works the pinky and ring finger.

It's Vet prescription only. On a further note, I have used it under a full leather pad to get a couple of horses to pass the jog out atan event; no drug testers present

So what your saying is my nerves are wrecked. lol Already know the median nerve is. I feel more pain flexing my pinky finger than any other.

Did you try magnesium supplementation yet? I had screwed up every,.. okay not every but a large percentage of my tendons had tendinitis. Started 250mg magnesium, and have been great since. It helps loosens your tight muscles and as a result the muscles aren't constantly pulling the tendons tight. try it, you'll like it.

Lol, yes of the Browning version. But that one destroys muscle rather than relax.

Just out of curiosity what is your hammer handle shaped like? The more that you have to work at gripping your hammer, to control it, the worse your tendons and forearm will feel. Handles should be more rectangular and slim to fit in your hand.

It is small and rectangular. It started with a draft snatching away from me. Ever since then it has hurt.
