Any of you have experience with the clogs and screws in the navicular disease treatment or had read anything? Any experience with the clogs and screws without cast or fiberglass bandage? The screws can fix the woodden clog during six weeks without cast or fiberglass bandage?

You can use just the screws ... It just be alittle ugly ... Maybe a hazard to opposite limb ...
You can also glue over screws :).
It Depends on the integrity of the foot your working on I guess . A lot of the feet that I consider a clog for ..are feet that the cast can help .
But I know one of the vets I work with has used just screws :)

The other obstacle with no casting, your screw heads fill with dirt and such. Making it difficult to remove screws when its time to reset. Some people like to cover the clogs and screws with vet wrap or something like it.
