new guy

Started working before I thought to take pictures, but at least I did take some.

Saddly the horse was actually not that overdue he was wearing shoes shaped and sized to accomidate the toe the last farrier didn't trim then fit to. He is a lovely warmblood but they had been having issues getting the long toes under control. I shod the owners other guy who is on the same schedule and he wasn't near this bad. Not set up the way I prefer but clearly at most on an 8 week cycle while they got a farrier arranged.

Final finish is lacking but though he was a lovely boy we were both quite happy to leave it there for the day.
